昔からfubを愛用しております。

ActiveXを抑止した状態でFlash等を使用したページを開くたびに以下の警告ダイアログが表示されて困っています。
# Vista環境で表示言語を英語に設定しています。
# IEを7にアップデートしてからずっとです。

One or more ActiveX controls could not be displayed because either:

1. Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page, or
2. You have blocked a publisher of one of the controls

As a result, the page may not display correctly.

何をどうやっても消せないのであきらめていたのですが、2chの過去ログで日本語の警告ダイアログは対策済みであることを知りました。

英語の警告ダイアログも表示されないよう対策していただけませんでしょうか。
